Andy Paterson, Senior Pastor
Andy is married to Kath. They have two children and five grandchildren. Andy pastored Kensington Baptist Church in Bristol for 24 years before becoming Mission Director for the FIEC in the UK. Before coming to Hong Kong he was a pastor at Charlotte Chapel in Edinburgh. He’s written a couple of books. Together he and Kath love hiking, music and talking to their family!
Will Zong, Associate Pastor
Will and his wife Wendy met at Ambassador in 2014, and they have since spent time in both the UK and the US, where Will served in student ministry with UCCF: The Christian Unions, and then completed an MDiv at Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia. They have two children, Abbie and Naomi, and are always looking for recommendations for family activities! Outside of family and ministry, Will’s passions include coffee and cycling.
Miles Bennett, Assistant Pastor
Miles and his wife Elizabeth grew up in Chicago and Los Angeles in the USA. After serving the church in China for 3 years, they moved to Hong Kong and came to Ambassador in January of 2019. Miles studied Music and Worship at Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles, California, and got his Masters degree at the Robert Webber Institute of Worship Studies in Jacksonville, Florida. Besides playing, composing, and listening to music, Miles enjoys good books, movies, nature reserves/hiking, and travel.
Muriel Inard, Families’ Worker, Safeguarding Officer
Muriel is married to Nicolas. After finishing her undergraduate studies in Psychology, she has worked in church-based ministry ever since. Muriel was trained at Oak Hill Theological College in London in Children’s and Youth ministry. In her spare time, Muriel enjoys meeting friends for coffee and going to the cinema. She’s a fan of room escape games and enjoy all sorts of theatre plays.
Andy Liu, Finance Assistant
Andy works part-time in the Finance Department. Born and bred in Basingstoke, England, Andy came to Hong Kong in 2012. He is married to Katharine and they have three pet turtles. In addition to working at Ambassador, Andy is an English tutor. He is trying to lose weight by drinking lots of bubble tea and jogging twice a year.
