Our Sunday meetings are at the Conrad Hotel in Admiralty at 9.30am and 11:15am.
What to Expect
Our meetings are normally divided roughly into thirds. In the first part we sing, pray and have a reading from the Bible. Then, we have a sermon which explains the reading and how it is relevant for our lives. Children will have their own activities during this time. In the final part, we share communion together and have a time of prayer.
If you’re not used to church services you’ll find that we try to explain what we do as we go along. Most people dress casually and there are other new people with us every week.
After the service, most people stick around for tea and coffee or head for Sunday Lunch, organised by someone from the Church – you would be most welcome to join in!
At the first service, the children’s ministry offers a Creche for the 0-2s, and a full Sunday School with 4 different classes for children aged 3-11. For the second service, we offer a cry room for infants, along with crafts and activity packs for young children who need them.
We have regular newcomer’s lunches to enable new people to meet others and hear more about the church. These are usually announced in the church notice sheet and held at the church offices after the second morning service. They provide a good opportunity to meet some of the church leaders, listen to an informal presentation about the church and ask any questions that you would like!
If the Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or expected to be hoisted 2 hours before an activity (e.g. Sunday Service), the activity will be cancelled.
